Sif, why does it take so long to tying your hair?

[This is a bothersome thing about getting to her house early to surprise her. He has to watch her tie her hair and sit patiently for her to be done. And it's stupid and girly.

Thor picks at the tip of a blade in his possession. He can be thankful that Sif's mother isn't home, or there would be much embarrassment and questions that may be asked. Not that he minds, he tells himself. The Prince of Asgard won't cower at the questions of a friend's parent. He is charming in his own right and he knows it. He huffs and smiles to himself.

Then sighs.

Her mother would have made this wait a bit shorter.]

Sif! The sun will set and the water in the quarry will be all but evaporated by the time you are ready!

And if it is, Thor might not want to be right. Midgard has these things; shiny things (the floor lights up in multi-color panels), things full of flesh and lights and.

Things children should not be in attendance for. Then he considers his youthful adventures with Fandral and shrugs. Asgardians are much more... liberated in this matter of sexuality. That is to say, he's not against it nor does he particularly care for it. Though it could be the effects of staying on Migard, living with his fellow Midgardians that he feels less than nonchalant about his little kid brother and his ...friend? coming along.

But there are shiny things, women making all sorts of eyes at him and he looks on, seated at the side of the stage where he carefully keeps an eye on his companions. Thor isn't exactly drinking mead, it would be nice right about now as he eyes Sif from the corner of his eyes. She must think this is stupid, only Midgardians would have needs for such things.]

[Asgard belongs to the All-Mothers now, he conceded his rule despite the looks and hints and suggestions. Politics. He would rather engage in reckless adventuring to appease his brother. But he did that last week. So today, he finds peace from the vultures in roaming Midgard in the most inconspicuous way he knows (which involves suspiciously acquired Midgardian clothing which should not be look in to for the love of all things green and alive).

Even with all his years on this rock, it is still a vast curious realm. Midgard is dynamic in a way that he feels Asgard should be. Today, Thor faces an in-and-out burger and wonder why Volstagg hasn't gorged himself in this palace of burgers yet.]

[ When Loki had dumped Leah in her hole there were express instructions not to wander around Asgard/Asgardia and to keep a low profile. That was done easily enough, even if she was extremely bored most of the time until he dragged her off into another adventure.

Now, however, is not one of those times and Leah has thoroughly explored every inch of her cave. And she's extremely sick of having to deal with Thori burning through everything that she actually had in her hole in the ground.

Which is why she's currently wandering around Broxton, sipping a milkshake and enjoying her self imposed vacation away from everything. ]

[ one if by land, two if by sea... and wave that sucker back and forth if you're trying to see if your creepy BFF is actually watching from her hole in the ground. We're gods of time and space here; fuck the nightmare arc or whatever fancy name it has. Loki's currently leaning out his window, waving his lantern back and forth in what looks like some bizarre rave ritual. Perhaps the lantern isn't far enough out the window; he leans out a bit further, hoping REALLY HARD that his foothold holds. If Leah doesn't respond in some way or form soon, he may have to start texting.
